Article summary

1 April 2013 saw the implementation of a major tranche of the Jackson Reforms. Three months on we provide a round up of some of the court decisions to date and look at what assistance they provide in interpreting the new provisions or highlighting areas where practitioners need to exercise care; at least until a binding Court of Appeal judgment is in place. We also look at changes already made and consultations commenced to determine whether further changes are required to the new reforms.
