The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commission on Arbitration and ADR (the Commission) has launched a user 'Pilot Survey on ADR and Arbitration: Practice and Preference' to better understand the current and desired use of alternative dispute resolution methods both separately from, and as part of, the arbitral process. The Commission's expressed goal is to understand the current and future needs of users including companies, states and state entities, counsel and arbitrators. The anonymous survey is open until mid-August 2021.
