Mlex has reported that an unnamed bank has been ordered to pay a €900,000 fine by the Data Protection Authority (DPA) of the German state of Lower Saxony in breach of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR).
