The European Parliament has published texts of the provisional agreement that was reached between the co-legislators in May 2022 on the proposed regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (also known as the Digital Operational Resilience Act or DORA), and the complementary directive that would amend operational risk or risk management requirements in other directives. The texts were approved by the Parliament’s Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) on 12 July 2022 and are due to be considered by the Parliament as a whole on 9 November 2022.
