The European Commission has published its infringement decisions taken against Member States during September 2022 for their apparent failures to comply with their obligations under EU law. These decisions, which cover various sectors, are grouped together by policy area. In addition, this month the Commission closed 107 cases on the grounds that the issues with the Member States concerned have been solved without the Commission needing to pursue the procedure further.
