The Tribunal Procedure Committee has published a new consolidated version of the First-Tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Rules (the Rules), applicable from 1 February 2020. The Rules take into account new rights of appeal found in the Immigration (Citizens' Rights Appeals) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, SI 2020/61, which make provision for appeals in connection with various immigration decisions relating to, or which are connected to, leave to enter or remain in the UK granted under the EU Settlement Scheme (including the related family permit rules).
