Companies House has announced it is halting its compulsory and voluntary strike off process until 21 February 2021 amid coronavirus (COVID-19). This is to ensure that companies are not negatively impacted by any delays caused by having a reduced workforce in the office. The first Gazette notices for voluntary strike off will continue to be published during this period, but the second Gazette notice will not. Companies House will also continue to remind customers of any filing responsibilities during this period and are encouraging filing to be done online whenever possible.
