The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has launched an consultation on the BEREC Work Programme 2023. BEREC’s objectives for 2023 are again based on the mandatory tasks of the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) and the four main goals set out in Article 3(2) of the EECC—promoting connectivity and access to very high-capacity networks, promoting competition and efficient investment, contributing to the development of the internal market and promoting the interest of the citizens of the EU. The consultation closes on 7 November 2022.
