Court’s inherent jurisdiction and injunctive relief in harassment cases (Titan v Okunola)

AAA launches AI-powered tool for non-binding dispute modelling and strategy assessment

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) has announced the launch of its ‘Resolution Simulator’, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tool designed to deliver non-binding simulated decisions in documents-only commercial and construction disputes. The tool expands the functionality of the AAA’s AI Arbitrator platform, applying the same structured legal reasoning and analytical framework to generate a simulated outcome based on a user’s submissions and feedback. Designed for single-party use, it provides explainable, informational insights intended to help parties understand how an arbitrator may analyse and resolve a dispute, assess potential exposure, and evaluate legal or negotiation strategy before commencing formal proceedings. The simulator may also assist with internal discussions with clients or counsel and inform consideration of alternative resolution pathways, such as settlement or mediation. According to the AAA, the Resolution Simulator responds to user demand for practical evaluative and decision-support tools, particularly at the early stages of a dispute, and will be showcased alongside other AI solutions at Legalweek 2026.
