194 Dispositions requiring other consents

Whether or not the statutory restrictions apply1, or an order of the court or Charity Commission is required2, it is in some cases necessary to obtain the consent of some other person or body. This may be necessary in order to comply with an express provision in the charity’s governing instrument or some statutory provision3. In the case of registered land, where other consents are required, a further restriction may be entered on the register to reflect this.
