195 Dispositions which may be effected without consent if the statutory procedure is followed

Most dispositions of charity land may be effected without the consent of the court or the Charity Commission provided that the procedure laid down in the Charities Act 2011 Sections 119 and 120 is followed1. There are additional rules where the land is held on trust to be used for the purposes (or any particular purpose) of the charity2 but otherwise this statutory procedure makes no distinction between land held as part of the permanent endowment of a charity, land which is
