201 Failure to give a certificate

A disposition of charity land made without the requisite certificate1 is still valid in favour of a person who (whether under the disposition or afterwards) in good faith acquires an interest in the land for money or money’s worth2, whether or not an order of the court or the Charity Commission3 has been obtained and whether or not the trustees have power to effect the disposition4 and have complied with the statutory procedure5.
