(b) Increases in rent for landlord’s improvements143 Notice of increaseWhere the landlord of an agricultural holding has carried out on the holding certain specified improvements1, he may, within six months of the completion of the improvement, serve written notice on the tenant to increase the rent of the holding as from the completion of the improvement.
