Complaints were received by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) regarding four X (formally Twitter) posts from three accounts for Supreme CBD which were not obviously identifiable as marketing communications, their commercial intent was not made clear and which contained stated and implied claims that Supreme CBD products could help anxiety and insomnia, and prevent, treat or cure disease. The ASA upheld the complaints.
