Ainsley acts for all of the Scottish clearing banks and a number of other UK and foreign lenders in connection with all areas of secured lending throughout the UK with a specialism in real estate finance transactions including the property due diligence elements of these transactions for UK wide real estate due to her dual qualification in Scots and English law. Bev specialises in asset and invoice finance work. Her clients include banks, financial institutions, lessors, lessees, factors, brokers and other intermediaries. She regularly deals with corporate leasing and security transactions both north and south of the border, as well as marine finance, car ownership schemes, factoring, receivables and asset based lending work. As a result of acting for several vehicle funders in the market she has extensive experience in consumer lending, preparing and advising on regulated consumer credit and hire agreements as well as FCA compliance.
