Courts and Tribunals Judiciary is seeking views on a proposed new Standard Reporting Permission Order (SRPO), which aims to increase the transparency of financial remedy proceedings in the Financial Remedies Court. Mr Justice Mostyn and HHJ Hess, who launched the consultation, hope that the introduction of the SRPO will enhance public confidence in the process. Those wishing to comment on the proposal must do so by 26 November 2021.
