Form 3, known as a section 8 notice under the Housing Act 1988 (HA 1988) and Form 6A, known as a section 21 notice under HA 1988 have been updated to reflect changes brought under section 81 of the Coronavirus Act 2020. The updates to the forms provide that court proceedings cannot start for three months from the date of service of a section 8 or section 21 notice. These Forms should be used by landlords in England up to 30 September 2020.
