RICS seeks views on new Property Agency and Management Principles

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has called for feedback on the newly developed Property Agency and Management Principles, following the results of the global property agency and management survey in 2022, which called for a consolidation of the existing suite of standards into succinct guidance covering property agency and management. The new Property Agency and Management Principles are intended to replace the current Real Estate Agency and Brokerage Professional Standard (3rd edition) 2016, and cover best practice in working with clients and managing business and staff globally.
