Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and PwC have released a study entitled 'Damages awards in international commercial arbitration: A study of ICC awards', based on analysis of 180 arbitral awards from arbitrations administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration. The study represents the first time a team has had the opportunity to examine the relevant awards for the purpose of assessing trends in the award of damages, according to Professor Loukas Mistelis. The study was launched at an online event on 10 December 2020.
