The National Crime Agency (NCA) has secured residential property worth around £120,000 from the Carrickfergus area in Northern Ireland after a civil recovery order was granted on 15 January 2020 by Belfast High Court. Under the Proceeds of Crime Act, the properties must now be sold within six months and proceeds handed over to the NCA.
