Procurement Policy Note provides guidance on new procurement thresholds

The Cabinet Office has published Procurement Policy Note 11/23: New Thresholds (PPN 11/23), providing contracting authorities with guidance on new thresholds that apply for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015), SI 2015/102, Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (UCR 2016), SI 2016/274, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (CCR 2016), SI 2016/273 and the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 (DSPCR 2011), SI 2011/1848 (collectively, the UK Regulations). PPN 11/23 applies to all contracting authorities, as defined by the UK Regulations. It is applicable from 1 January 2024 and updates thresholds from PPN 10/21.
