PCA publishes its annual report for 2022

The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) has published its 2022 annual report. The report is a summary of the PCA’s activities throughout 2022 and activities which may be further extended in the future. The report also looks at the PCA’s training activities around the globe, and its contributions to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Working Group II on dispute settlement and Working Group III on the reform of the investor-State dispute settlement system.
