A judgment has recently been handed down by the Court of Appeal allowing an appeal brought by the defendants in the matter of Harrison v Jagged Globe. The appeal hearing took place on 29 May 2012 after Jagged Globe appealed against a Central London County Court judgment where they had been found liable for injuries sustained by the claimant, Natalie Harrison, during a mountaineering training expedition.
