The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has announced that the current Secretary-General, Meg Kinnear, will be stepping down in 2024. Kinnear joined ICSID in 2009, was re-elected to a third term in 2020, and is retiring in June 2024. A search committee to be chaired by Christopher Stephens, Senior Vice President and World Bank General Counsel, has been formed to find suitable candidates to take over Kinnear once she retires.
