Guidance on court and tribunal procedure during coronavirus (COVID-19)

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has issued guidance for court and tribunal users during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. HMCTS has advised that courts and tribunals will continue as usual and that people should attend court, including those called for jury service, provided they do not have confirmed or possible coronavirus infection.
