HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has issued guidance for court and tribunal users during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. HMCTS has advised that courts and tribunals will continue as usual and that people should attend court, including those called for jury service, provided they do not have confirmed or possible coronavirus infection. Any individuals who are infected or have come into contact with an infected person should contact the relevant court or tribunal where the hearing is taking place. Any changes to individual hearings will be communicated directly to those affected by email or phone, and any wider developments on the normal operation of court services will be posted online.
