The European Commission has adopted two draft Delegated Regulations supplementing the Benchmarks Regulation ((EU) 2016/1011) (EU BMR). The first specifies rules of procedure for measures applicable to the supervision by ESMA of certain benchmark administrators (C(2022) 850 final) and the second specifies the fees applicable to the supervision by ESMA of certain benchmark administrators (C(2022) 851 final).
