The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has published a summary of responses and the government response to the consultation on compulsory purchase compensation reform. There was a total of 127 responses to the consultation from a range of parties across the public and private sectors, as well as the general public. The government has stated that it has ‘carefully considered all of the responses’ in its response to the consultation.
