The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has launched a technical consultation on the consequential amendments to homelessness legislation under the Renter Reform Bill, including the removal of section 21 evictions under the Housing Act 1988 (HA 1988), assured shorthold tenancies and fixed term tenancies.
