The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and HM Courts and Tribunal Service has announced that the cap on sitting days for the Crown Court has been lifted for a second year, meaning courts will continue to work at full capacity to address the delays that built up over the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
