The Senior President of Tribunals has issued a new Practice Direction amending the Pilot Practice Direction: Contingency Arrangements in the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal, which suspended property inspections since March 2020 due to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). The updated Practice Direction permits tribunals to inspect the exterior of buildings or parcels of land. The suspension of internal inspections remains.
