Chelmsford Crown Court has sentenced Mark Bottjer to a ten-month sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered him to complete 250 hours of community service after he breached his directorship ban. In 2014, Bottjer voluntarily signed a three and a half year disqualification undertaking, when the company he was a director of went into administration. The ban prohibited Bottjer from managing and forming companies without the permission of the court. In breach of the ban, Bottjer continued to act as a director for two packaging companies and attempted to form a third.
