The European Commission has invited stakeholders to give feedback on implementing the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR), Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 which applies from 12 July 2023. The draft implementing regulation sets out practical and procedural aspects connected to the application of new EU rules to address the effects of foreign subsidies in the Single Market, including the information required for notification forms for concentrations and public procurement procedures, and the rights of parties. Responses must be submitted by 6 March 2023.
