CIC publishes remaining novation agreement and related collateral warranty

The Construction Industry Council (CIC) has announced that it has published the remaining novation agreement and related collateral warranty—namely, the Novation Agreement—Switch (second edition) and Collateral Warranty Consultant—Employer: Switch (first edition). The publication of these two documents represents the completion of the suite of CIC standard form novation agreements and collateral warranties that was steered by the CIC Liability Panel.
