Dispute Resolution analysis: The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published the 86th Update—Practice Direction Amendments Making Document. Almost all of the amendments to the CPR Practice Directions will come into force on 3 October 2016. As anticipated, the Making Document deals with the forthcoming changes to appeals and other matters. However, not all of the changes taking effect from 3 October 2016 were anticipated to be introduced at this time. In this article we discuss the changes and provide links to relevant documentation.
