This subtopic provides an overview of distribution and agency in Ireland through a consideration of SI 33/1994 European Communities (Commercial Agents) Regulations 1994 (Ireland) (SI 33/1994 (IRL)), 31/1997 European Communities (Commercial Agents) Regulations 1997 (Ireland) (SI 31/1997 (IRL)), the EU Commercial Agents Directive and case law decided in relation to it.
