90 Right of cancellation

A person may cancel his payment and is entitled to a refund, less reasonable administrative expenses, (and, where goods have been received in return, on their restitution) in the following circumstances1:

  1. 90.1

        where he makes any payment2 of £100 or more by credit or debit card in response to a solicitation or representation which is made by a professional fund-raiser3, or commercial participator4, during a radio or television programme in the course of which payment by that means is invited; and

  2. 90.2

        where he makes any payment of £100 or more (by any method), without entering
