91 Unauthorised fund-raising

The court may, on the application of a charitable institution1, grant an injunction to restrain any person (other than a professional fund-raiser or commercial participator)2 from soliciting money or other property, or representing that charitable contributions are to be given to, or applied for the benefit of, that institution. However, the court must be satisfied that, unless restrained, that person is likely to do further acts of that nature, and that3:
