94 Gift or loan to charity with the right to nominate

Where a grant-making charity, local authority or other body gives, or agrees to give, financial support in the form of a loan or otherwise to a charity which provides residential accommodation (or hospital services) to beneficiaries, it may wish to take, in return, the right to nominate1 some of the residents in the accommodation concerned.
