The Welsh Government has published a summary of responses to the consultation on proposed changes to primary legislation in relation to children’s social care, continuing health care, mandatory reporting, regulation and inspection. In a written statement, the Deputy Minister for Social Services, Julie Morgan, has said that they received over 200 responses to the consultation and that the matters raised through the consultation will ‘inform further development of our policy and legislation in relation to the areas covered’.
