Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) has produced an Award Checklist to aid tribunals and the SIAC Secretariat to expedite delivery and improve the quality of awards in SIAC-administered arbitrations. The checklist comes into effect on 31 March 2023, from which point tribunals will be required to provide a completed Award Checklist when submitting a draft award to be scrutinised.
