The Scottish Government has published the Scottish Budget: 2022-23, anouncing key figures pertaining to the construction industry. To meet Scotland’s Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2045, the Scottish Budget 2022-23 has set out almost £2bn of low carbon capital investment in Scotland’s public infrastructure to support the decarbonisation of homes and buildings, transport and industry.
