The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has announced plans to consult on a new set of tenant satisfaction measures. The measures are have been designed to better regulate the social housing sector and help tenants to hold landlords to account. A draft version was published in the government’s Social Housing White Paper and RSH is in talks with representatives from across the sector about how best to implement them. RSH is then planning to consult on the measures and method of implementation in the winter of 2021–2022.
