Ofgem has launched a consultation on the proposed changes to the Electricity (Connection Standards of Performance) Regulations 2015 which must be updated to reflect the decisions made as part of Ofgem’s RIIO-ED2 Final Determinations. Ofgem is proposing to update the amounts that relevant electricity operators are required to pay to customers if they fail to meet the required standards of performance. Responses must be submitted by 2 May 2023.
