Ofcom is seeking views on its revised proposal to wait until after its final decision in the Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review statement to consider 'how to define the circumstances in which premises can be excluded from the definition of a completed ultrafast exchange in which the copper charge control can be lifted'. The consultation closes on 3 September 2020.
