The Commercial Court User Group has published the minutes from its meeting which took place remotely on 29 November 2023. The meeting was led by Mr Justice Foxton and the Commercial Court judges discussed numerous topics. The meeting opened with statistical updates listing the number of claims issued, the number of paper applications and the number of reserved judgments in the Commercial Court in 2022–2023 as compared to 2021–2022. The minutes contain a list of upcoming long trials that will have an impact on Commercial Court availability.
