HOS launches investigation into two landlords after 45 high risk cases

The Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) has announced that it has launched an investigation into L&Q and Haringey Council after persistent poor performance over damp and mould complaints in 45 high risk open cases, of which 32 pertain to the former and 13 pertain to the latter. The Ombudsman has said it will produce a learning report for both landlords and make recommendations for service improvement.
