The Home Office has published a new guidance webpage for individuals travelling to the UK from the Common Travel Area (CTA). The CTA comprises of the UK, Ireland and the Crown dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man). It also sets out the position for individuals travelling through the UK to a destination within the CTA. Other matters covered in the guidance include outlining the position for individuals arriving in the UK from Ireland that require permission to enter, and also for other cohorts of applicants (with 'deemed leave') that do not.
