HMCTS has updated its guidance for case administration tasks in MyHMCTS. Case Access Administrators (CAAs) will be able to see a list of all assigned cases in their organisation and case type, and add or remove users’ access to a case using the share/remove share case access functionality. Unassigned cases will still need to be managed via the unassigned cases tab. This information will be updated on Gov.uk in due course.
