HMCTS distributes information leaflet for damages claims pilot users

HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has sent an email to subscribers containing an information leaflet for those bringing claims under the damages claims pilot provided for by CPR PD 51ZB, noting that from 4 April 2022 customers bringing claims which fall under its scope must be registered with the MyHMCTS platform and issue definitions of damages claims using the Damages Claims Portal.
