HM Courts & Tribunals Service announced the creation of a new Courts and Tribunals Service Centre due to be opened from May 2022 in Newport, South Wales. The new Service Centre, based at Usk House, will join four other Service Centres in providing the public and professions with a point of call to obtain updates about their cases and other administrative support services. The new Service Centre is expected to support 100 jobs in the region while improving the accessibility and efficiency of the courts and tribunals system.
